The Best Wedding Venues in Provence.
Ah Provence, with its warm sunny days, fields of bursting fragrant lavender and friendly sunflowers, gentle breezes wisping through the cypress trees, ancient limestone villages, chirping cicadas singing a lullaby every evening and of course that magical, unique light. There really is nothing like it, and it’s a truly spectacular destination to get married in.
Provence, a favourite among international brides, has an abundance of magnificent wedding venues. From Chateaus and Domaines, private villas to hotels, there is SO much choice. But fear not! I’m a British born wedding photographer now living and working in the South of France and I have been blessed to discover some of the best wedding venues in Provence.
There is no wedding quite like a destination wedding, where family and friends fly from all over the world, spend a week or so together drinking, eating, soaking up the scenery and of course celebrating. These weddings are intimate and memorable for all who attend, even in a Chateau it will still feel like a big family gathering! Having exclusive hire means you and your guests get to feel at home, spend quality time together and create once in a lifetime memories. I highly recommend having your wedding in one of Provence’s many incredible wedding venues.

My Top Tips for Planning a Wedding in Provence.
If you are searching for a wedding venue in Provence and are an international bride, I would highly recommend the services of a wedding planner. While you may think it an extravagance, I promise you will find the service not only incredibly helpful but also cost-effective. Wedding Planners working in Provence will not only source you the best suppliers for catering, decor, flowers etc but they will help you manage your budget and often pass on exclusive supplier discounts to you.
My exquisite friend Coco at Travellur is also well worth having a chat with. When you bring guests to a destination there are a lot of things to consider to make their visit, and yours, as simple and easy as possible. Travellur can supplement and simplify your destination wedding planning with travel arrangements for your guests, they specialize in managing and making groups happy, gracefully handling accommodations, transportation, activities, catering, on-site concierge service and guest hosting. Your guests will thank you for it. They also arrange the most incredible honeymoons!
And of course, if you are looking for an English speaking wedding photographer and videographer with experience of shooting weddings in Provence, I’d be honoured if you would consider me! You can find out more about my all-inclusive services on the website.
This list is constantly being updated as I shoot in more venues and I hope you will find it helpful and inspiring in your search for your dream wedding venue in Provence!
Bon Chance with your Wedding in Provence! Claire M xoxo

II’m also thinking of getting married in Provence or Cote D’azur near the sea with locations like Le Mas de la Rose for around 40-50 people but limited budget max. 15.000 all incl.
