Hidden away in Bath’s spa quarter is a unique little venue full of 1930s character and charm. The Little Cinema hosted Andrew and Nazreens’ delightful wedding full of Hollywood vintage glamour and boy oh boy were these guys in love.
The Little Cinema is such an amazing wedding ceremony venue, I was incredibly excited to shoot there when the couple approached me but when I actually got there, well, I was frankly blown away. The screen inside is HUGE and was screening pictures from the couples lives, and the gust were all seated facing the screen with popcorn and programs surrounded by the art deco architecture and decor it was SO glamorous and quirky! The couple married on the stage and the guest cheered very loudly when the couple finally said their I do’s.
Then there is Bath. One of my favourite places on earth, and probably my favourite place in the UK. I would love to move there. And there really isn’t a more pretty city in which to take couple portraits, with its Roman architecture and lots of gorgeous pale stone. Delicious.
The wedding party moved onto The New Oriel Hall for bunting, cupcakes and more vintage cinema decorations. It was a beautiful day, and if you are thinking of getting married in Bath not only do I highly recommend it, but please get in touch, becuase I would love the opportunity again SO much that I will do you a discounted rate for the pleasure!
Here are some of my favourites from the day. xoxo Claire M.
